The Supreme Court Building

If the Constitution Outlawed the Public Expression of Religious Faith, Why Did the Government Allow a Representation of the Tables Bearing the 10 Commandments to be Displayed in the Supreme Court Building?

Could it be that the Supreme Court didn't know it was Unconstitutional?
Or could it be that the superior minds of the radical left know more than all the leaders  in the United States Government - including the framers of the Constitution knew about the Constitution for over 150 years?

The Supreme Court Building, built in 1935, displays an image of Moses and the Ten Commandments.

The first Supreme Court Justice, John Jay, said, "Americans should select and prefer Christians as their rulers."
